Abies nordmanniana
Caucasian Fir, Nordmann Fir. A columnar tree which has tiered branches. It
bears glossy, rich green leaves which are dull white on the underside.
Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil which is neutral to slightly
acidic in full sun, and some shelter from cold winds. It will reach a height of
up to 40m and a spread of up to 6m.
