Alcea rosea 'Chater's Double Group'

Hollyhock. A vigorous, upright perennial which has rounded, roughly hairy, light green leaves. In early summer peony-form, double flowers are borne in a range of pale and bright shades of colour from pink, apricot, red, white, lavender-blue, yellow, and purple.

Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 2-2.5m and a spread of 60cm.
