Lychnis coronaria

Rose Campion. Dusty Miller. An erect, woolly, silvery-grey leaved biennial to short lived perennial which in July and August bears terminal, rounded, purple-red or pale purple flowers.

Grow in any moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 90cm.

Lychnis viscaria 'Splendens'

German Catchfly. A mat-forming to tufted perennial with dark green, lance-shaped leaves. In early and mid-summer, double, bright pinkish magenta flowers are borne in narrow, spike-like panicles.

Grow in any moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 45cm.
