'Chanticleer'
A narrowly conical tree with ovate, toothed, glossy, dark green leaves which
turn a fantastic purple and claret colour in autumn. In early and mid-spring
showy white flowers are borne in racemes which are followed by spherical brown
fruit in autumn. Deciduous.
Grow in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height and
spread of 4m in 10 years.

weeping branches. Bears white flowers in April followed by attractive,
