Skimmia x confusa 'Kew Green'
A compact, dome-shaped, evergreen shrub with inversely lance-shaped to
elliptic, pointed, aromatic, mid-green leaves. It bears fragrant, creamy white
male flowers in dense conical panicles in spring.
Grow in moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in light
dappled shade to deep shade. It will reach a height of 50-300cm and a spread of
1.5m.

Skimmia japonica ‘Rubella’
A small, domed-shaped, evergreen shrub which is a male form. The leaves are
dark green with red margins, they are slightly aromatic. It bears large, open
panicles of red buds throughout winter which open in April and May to produce
white flowers with yellow anthers.
Grow in moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in light
dappled shade to deep shade. It will reach a height of 1m and a spread of 1.5m.
