Tetradium daniellii

A spreading, deciduous tree which bears pinnate leaves, to 40cm or more long, each with up to 11 elliptic, ovate, or lance-shaped, glossy, dark green leaflets, turning yellow in autumn. Small, aromatic white flowers, with yellow anthers, are produced in domed, terminal corymbs, to 15cm across, in late summer and early autumn. Dense clusters of spherical, red-brown to black fruits follow the flowers.

Grows in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height and spread of 15m.
